Required Qualifications
● B.E. / B.Tech. degree (preferably in computer science, or information technology)
● Minimum work experience 7+ years of software development. 4 years of Implementation,
Design, Development, and Configuration experience within Salesforce. 2+ years of technical
team leadership experience
● Certification Preferred: Should have advanced Salesforce certifications PD2. Other Salesforce
Cloud certifications would be an asset
Responsibilities
● Lead and/or contribute to all technical and development aspects of project implementation.
● Manage the development and deployment of new demands, and/or enhancements to existing
applications
● Gather system requirements, conduct analysis, coordinate the design of solutions, and establish
metrics for success
● Ensure that development projects meet business requirements and goals, fulfil end-user
requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues
● Provide detailed design and documentation of each component of the solution such as data
migration, integration, and custom development
● Coordinate the onshore and offshore teams in support of development activities
● Maintain high customer satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality, timely, and thorough
solutions to customer problems
● Determine the scope and corresponding effort estimates for all development
● Needs to be hand on with development
● Work closely with business partners to realize the full capabilities of Salesforce
● Create and maintain development and integration plans
Desired Background
● A proven Salesforce professional with 2-3 full lifecycles Salesforce implementations and
have 7+ years of experience working with Salesforce and should have been in Salesforce
solution development as lead
● Proficient in Salesforce Platform’s capabilities – object modelling, security, governor limits,
declarative development, Apex, Visual Force/Aura/LWC, Lightning, and Sales/Service/Experience
clouds.
● Broader programming technologies such as HTML, XML, JSON, jQuery, SOAP, AJAX, JavaScript ●
Strong analytical skills with the ability to learn quickly
● Strong communication skills
