One thing I love about m-Pledge is that everyone is approachable, regardless of their role, and there's always a genuine willingness to help one another. Joining as a junior developer, I’ve gained the confidence over the past two years to directly address client queries and lead solutioning for builds. A truly memorable milestone was my first client's presentation. My Manager and BA offered so much encouragement that it went exceptionally well, earning positive feedback from the client. What keeps me motivated is the variety of work here - development, R&D, and mentoring juniors - which makes me feel equally responsible for the company's growth.
Being part of m-Pledge has been a genuinely rewarding journey of growth. Working on key projects gave me hands-on exposure building REST APIs end-to-end and set me on the path to becoming an Integration Architect. I was able to strengthen my LWC skills, while our Agile environment introduced me to customizing CPQ solutions. The talented, supportive team and the continuous opportunities to learn are what I enjoy most and what keeps me motivated every day.
