Job description

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to design, develop and maintain scalable Salesforce applications that support enterprise business processes. The role involves building custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows and Salesforce platform capabilities while ensuring application quality, performance and security. You will work closely with functional consultants, senior developers and business stakeholders to implement business requirements, integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and contribute to the successful delivery of enterprise Salesforce projects following Agile development practices.

To be considered for this position, individuals must:

• Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience;
• We operate on a hybrid model. While we offer flexibility, candidates must be willing to relocate if a specific project demands it.
• Be ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the overall architecture and the business use case
• Work closely with functional consultants and business groups to develop customized solutions
• Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications
• Testing the stability and functionality of the application
• Maintaining the security and integrity of the application
• Seamless integration with third-party systems
• Ensure all Salesforce governance parameters are maintained (storage, code coverage, etc)

Technical skills:

• Be well versed with workflows and integration
• Expert knowledge of agile SDLCs and systems engineering principles
• Strong object-oriented design skills and experience using design patterns
• Strong programming experience in Apex, Lightening, Visualforce, etc environments
• com custom development using Salesforce objects and entities including page layouts, standard and custom objects, approval processes/workflows, Apex and Lightning framework
• Perform unit testing and defect fixes – experience working on Sales cloud / Service cloud / Force.com
• Able to effectively leverage the Salesforce.com lightning libraries and other toolset
• Experience in API-based integration projects

• Strong English communication skills both oral and written

Required certifications:

• Salesforce Certified Developer PD1 (Mandatory). Other Salesforce certificates will be an added advantage.
